About Andrew Georgelakos

Prior to becoming President of Spartan Realty Consulting, LLC, Andrew Georgelakos served as President and managing partner of KLNB, LLC, the largest and most successful privately held commercial real estate brokerage company in the Mid Atlantic region. Andy was with KLNB for 31 years and President for 17 years and was responsible for all brokerage, asset management and real estate finance services. In his last two years at KLNB , he led the company to its most successful years in its 48 year history with over $1.5 billion and 1000 transactions in each year.

Over his 40 year career in commercial real estate Andy has received many recognitions for outstanding service by his peers in the industry. He was awarded the “Transaction of the Year” by the Greater Baltimore Board of Realtors, named as one of the “Top 5 Real Estate Brokers” by the Corridor Real Estate Journal, “Heavy Hitters” award by the Baltimore Business Journal, and “Transaction of the Year Award” by the Washington Business Journal for sale of the WorldCom Headquarters complex in Northern Virginia.

Andy is a founding member of NAI Skyway National Partners with offices in Tampa, Sarasota, Ft Myers and Naples. Andy served on the Leadership Board of NAI Global , a leading commercial real estate brokerage firm of over 400 offices worldwide. He is also a member of the prestigious Society Industrial and Office brokers (SIOR). He is a graduate of the University of Maryland with a BS in Business Administration and earned his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Baltimore School of Law.
